Progress in February

I have finished two more of my mother's quilts that needed quilting and binding.
The first one is a sampler quilt that was released in Better Homes and Gardens magazine.
There was a block released each month.
One of the blocks was large and my mother wanted the quilt to be a quillow so I used that block for the quillow panel ( pictured below)

Quillow block

This is another sampler quilt of my mother's that I had to quilt and bind.
It was from a fairly early issue of Australian Patchwork and Quilting.  I think the pattern was supplied over three issues.

WIPocalypse Februaruy

Well, I have my first finish.
The lower words are done over one thread which initially caused me some problems but I triumphed in the end.

I have more of the background filled in so I am happy with the progress here.

This project is to replace the finished one.
Can you see the start of an ark?
I want part of a wall in the house with Noah stitching on it. So far there are just two things there so I have dived into the stash to remedy the situation.
No work yet on the Gobelin project.
I will put that to the top of the list for this month so there will be some progress for my next check in.
